What's Covered

The Zenthesia Sound Therapy Bed 2 is warranted to the original purchaser for 2 years from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If something fails because of how it was built, I'll repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you, including labor.

Any repaired or replaced component is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

roXiva RX1

The roXiva RX1 is covered under its own manufacturer warranty. If you run into any issues with your roXiva, reach out to me and I'll help point you in the right direction.

Warranty Shipping

For US customers, I cover shipping both ways on approved warranty claims. Pack the product in its original box and packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, contact me and we'll figure out the best option.

For international customers, shipping costs to and from our facility are the customer's responsibility. Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or tariffs are also the customer's responsibility. If a full unit return isn't practical, we can often troubleshoot over video or ship replacement components to keep things simpler and more affordable.

What's Not Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Damage caused by acts of nature, power surges, or electrical events beyond normal operating conditions
  • Unauthorized modifications, parts, or accessories
  • Improper handling, installation, or maintenance
  • Cosmetic wear and tear on fabrics, foams, padding, wood, and plastic
  • Accessories or add-ons not manufactured by Zenthesia
  • Service performed by unauthorized technicians
  • Used or refurbished products (separate terms may apply)
