Every Zenthesia product comes with a 45-day money-back guarantee. That means you have 45 days from the date you receive your order to put it through its paces. If it's not what you expected, reach out and we'll start the return process. No runaround.

To be eligible for a return, the product needs to be in the same condition you received it, with all original components included. Items must be packed in their original box and packaging. You'll also need your receipt or order confirmation.

Return Shipping

For domestic returns within the United States, I cover return shipping. For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In either case, contact me before shipping anything back so I can provide the correct return instructions. Please don't ship anything back without reaching out first.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me right away so I can make it right. The sooner I know, the faster I can fix it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to handle an exchange is to initiate a return for what you have and place a separate order for what you need. That way you're not waiting on one process to finish before the other starts.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 15 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post it on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return and you haven't seen the refund, reach out and I'll look into it.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. The same condition requirements apply: original packaging, all components included, with your receipt or order confirmation.
