Zenthesia Sound Table Limited Product Warranty
Effective March 1st 2024
Zenthesia is dedicated to designing, developing, manufacturing, and selling innovative, high-quality vibroacoustic sensory experience products. Before utilizing your new Zenthesia product, please review this warranty information carefully. By purchasing our products, you contribute to our mission, and we want to ensure you have peace of mind with your investment. The Zenthesia product you have purchased is protected under a limited warranty. Please carefully review the warranty details below.
Important Warranty Information:
Biohackers LLC (“Zenthesia") warrants its Sound Table hardware device ("the Product") to the original purchaser or the recipient of a gifted Product for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery - against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Coverage Guidelines:
- The Zenthesia Sound Table is warranted for 1 year when returned to our designated warehouse as instructed in our warranty procedures.
- Any accessory components, including but not limited to the amplifier, headphones, and cables, are not covered by this warranty. They may however be covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. When warranty cards are available for these components we will include them with your purchase.
- For returns, the customer is responsible for packing the product in the original box or when not available in other approved packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all freight charges to and from the warehouse.
Warranty Terms:
Zenthesia Product Warranty Period:
- Factory Service (Labor) and Parts: 1 year from the original product delivery date.
Factory Service and Parts:
- Zenthesia will repair or replace parts that fall under this warranty and will cover the labor for repair work. Repaired products will be returned to the customer upon completion.
- Zenthesia will provide replacement parts under this warranty for customer or factory repairs.
Warranty Service Procedure:
To initiate a warranty claim within the Warranty Period, the original purchaser or recipient must:
- Immediately cease use of the Product upon detecting a defect.
- Contact Zenthesia Support at support@zenthesia.com with proof of purchase, order number, and any other relevant details.
- Provide a comprehensive description of the defect or issue encountered. We may require a video or video conferencing to troubleshoot the issue.
- Follow instructions provided by our support team regarding product return, if necessary.
General Limitations & Exclusions:
- Damage resulting from abuse, alteration, misuse, or neglect of the Product
- Use of unauthorized parts, modifications, or accessories.
- Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or maintenance..
- Service under this warranty requires approval from Zenthesia and must be performed by authorized technicians.
- This warranty specifically covers the Zenthesia Sound Table products; accessories or enhancements are not included.
- Excludes cosmetic items and wear and tear on fabrics, woods, foams, padding, and plastic parts.
- Zenthesia is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from product failure.
- Any replaced or repaired Product shall be covered for the remaining warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
- Different terms may apply to used or refurbished products.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
This limited warranty is subject to the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to this warranty or the Product shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the Zenthesia terms of service.
