My introduction to vibroacoustic therapy was through the OPUS sound bed which I tried at a friend’s place several times. It’s a beautifully crafted device, delivering immersive sound and vibrations up to 150Hz that create a relaxing, cocoon-like experience. The design is sleek, and its clear a lot of thought went into its build-the perfect meditation and stress relief.
After researching further, I discovered Zenthesia and decided to reach out. To my delight, I received a prompt, personal response from Dave, the founder- a refreshing change in today’s world of automated replies. I purchased a Zenthesia table and let me tell you, the vibrations are incredibly powerful, far surpasses the OPUS intensity. At first, it felt overwhelming, but after a couple of facetime calls with Dave, I learned the vibrations are adjustable-a huge bonus I wasn’t aware of when I bought it. This flexibility makes it adaptable to different needs, whether you want a gentle hum or a deep, resonant experience.
Now, a week into owning my Zenthesia Im thrilled with my decision. The table’s sturdy construction and versatility are impressive, and Dave’s exceptional customer service has exceeded all expectations. He’s genuinely helpful, quick to respond and ensures you feel supported. While I haven’t received my OWN OPUS yet, my experience with Zenthesia has been outstanding and Im not looking back. My wife and I just took delivery of a platinum table on Monday. After set-up we took turns trying out the table and we were flabbergasted! The table was epic and worked beyond our expectations. Sure it cost, but you definitely get what you payed for. The table and components are all top notch! Can’t say enough how good this product is and will definitely recommend others to purchase! I could not be more pleased with my Zenthesia Sound Table. I purchased the gold bundle and it is worth every penny.

This thing is powerful! The four transducers provide more than enough vibrational energy to get you where you wanna go. It's especially great for relaxation and meditation, but boy can you have a lot of fun with just about any type of music you can think of. The ability to utilize your own music devices via bluetooth is a huge factor in why I purchased this table.

The other reason is the design itself. This thing is sleek! It's compact and easily portable. Great quality and craftsmanship. It comes with everything you need to get started, and setting it up took no more than five minutes. Very user friendly!

I also must say that from start to finish, interacting with Dave has been a pleasure. His commitment to excellent customer service goes above and beyond. This thing is truly a labor of love, and it shows in the way he conducts business. Absolutely top tier.

Dave built me a table with platinum transducers and holy cow... this thing is insanely powerful and unbelievably beautiful all at once. I use it at home for my own journeying and also take it to parties to share. The bed itself generates more frequencies at almost unlimited ranges in comparison to others on the market. A full range sound table will take you deeper and generate an overall better experience. I'm still in shock at how fun and enjoyable it is. Highly recommend to others :)

My older three children (14, 12, 9) and I have a history of C-PTSD due to abuse. All four of us have experienced profound relaxation using the Zenthesia Sound Table. Even my 3-year-old twins love it!

My oldest has a ton of anxiety which makes it difficult for her to fall asleep. At first she was skeptical to use it, because she doesn’t like my spiritual playlists, but once I told her that she could curate her own playlist on Spotify and connect her phone via Bluetooth, she tried it. She was asleep quickly and stayed on the table for 45 minutes, until her bladder woke her up. She was completely relaxed, on a level I have never witnessed when she came out of the room where I keep the table.

My 12-year-old allowed me to use my own playlist and she shot off on a journey during the first song and fell asleep too. I woke her up after an hour because I wanted to go to bed.

I personally have deeeeep meditations on the table. It’s honestly psychedelic for me, without using any medicine. Anytime my nervous system is amped up, just a few minutes will get me into a deep state of relaxation.

The biggest benefit of this table for my children and me, is the ability for our parasympathetic nervous systems to come online and teach our brains and bodies that we are safe. Thank goodness for neuroplasticity and for this sound table.

I chose Zenthesia over other sound tables/sound beds for a few reasons:

1. While it is not the cheapest on the market, Zenthesia doesn’t require an app or proprietary memberships like the cheaper brand that starts with an O. Those monthly fees will add up quickly and end up being more expensive in the long run!!!! Zenthesia is middle of the road in terms of pricing, but there is no loss of quality with Zenthesia versus the more expensive brands that I have tried. It was a no-brainer.

2. Since Zenthesia allows for anything to be played via Blutooth, you can curate your own playlists from whatever platform you prefer. I have also listened to to audio via apps, such as Beats & Breath (cannot recommend enough), for even deeper breathwork! I have played some meditations from YouTube for my son as well, that he found and loves.

3. Zenthesia is a top-quality sound table, not mass produced, but rather built by his hands using the highest quality components available. Dave builds them in Texas.

4. Dave is so hands-on helping making sure everything is set up correctly and his customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. Exceptional customer service is rare and worth it!

If you are on the fence, do it. You will not regret it.

I’m so grateful for Dave and my Zenthesia sound table. It’s a complete game changer. I tried out many different sound tables on the market and this one by far packed the most punch. It’s powerful (but you can adjust it based on what type of journey you want). The bed itself was so expertly made, the craftmanship is top notch. I even created a room under my staircase specifically for using the bed. It’s always a hit with guests as well. It has truly been an essential tool in my healing journey, and can’t imagine life without it. I use it to relax, for meditation, breathwork, medicine journeys, and anytime I just want to go within. 100% worth the money.

These beds are a Godsend. We host plant ceremonies and just community potlucks. One of the coolest things for myself is watching how relaxed this bed allows people to get. Everybody gets on it and nobody gets off for at least 20 mins... no matter what lol!
