No need for special music—the Zenthesia Sound Therapy Bed can connect to any audio playback device. We offer an open platform; if your device can play it, then our Sound Beds can too! There's no need for custom content or special apps. The vibroacoustic technology responds to the low frequency elements in music and sound, so anything with rich bass tones and sub-bass frequencies will create the most powerful tactile experience. You can play sound healing solfeggio frequencies, guided meditations and breathwork, binaural beats, your favorite songs, or literally anything else. Are headphones required?
Headphones are highly recommended (and included in our bundle), but not necessarily required.
Our Sound Therapy Beds are capable of producing audible vibrations up to 17khz, it is possible to listen the full spectrum of music (which typically has an upper limit of 16khz) directly through the bed. It is also possible to link your bed with a stereo sound system.
There are a number of scenarios where wearing headphones improves the immersive listening experience. These include:
Integrated Amplification: If you are using the integrated amplifier crossover to pass certain frequency ranges to the Sound bed by using a low-pass or band-pass filter, you will want the full frequency audio going through headphones to complete the immersive listening experience.
Sound Isolation: If you are in a noisy space you will want headphones to isolate any external sound so as to not disturb your immersive listening experience.
Clarity & Fidelity: Headphones will always be able to deliver the cleanest most clear reproduction of music directly to your ears.
Can multiple Sound Therapy Beds be linked together from the same audio source?
Absolutely! You can effortlessly sync multiple Sound Therapy Beds together wirelessly using the included Wiim Mini audio streamers.
