Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States via FedEx and UPS ground. Some products include free shipping, which will be noted on the product page. For all other items, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the product ordered.

Processing Time

Zenthesia products are built and assembled to order. Processing times vary by product and current demand. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information. If you have questions about timing, reach out and I'll give you an accurate estimate for your specific order.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Because of the size and weight of our products, international shipping costs vary significantly by destination. Contact us with your shipping address before placing an order and I'll put together an accurate quote.

For some international orders, I may recommend sourcing certain components locally to reduce your total shipping cost and avoid voltage compatibility issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges may be collected at checkout as part of your order or by your local customs authority upon delivery, depending on the destination and shipping method. Zenthesia has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If your tracking hasn't updated or you have questions about your shipment, contact us and we'll look into it.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.
